The Morning Rush Hours In Tokyo Is A Nightmare
If you are to take train in the morning rush hours (espesially between 7 and 8)in Tokyo , get ready for the crowd. Most of the trains including subways look like this video.
Because most Japanese people are very serious about being on time, this is what happens. Even though there are more and more companies applying the flextime nowadays, the majority of companies still expect the employees be in the office by 9.
The problem is that most major companies and schools are located in the center of Tokyo. There have been some major companies that tried to spread the offices to the surrounding area of Tokyo, but didn't get good results for inconvenience.
